For Schnitz’s recent 2026 Annual Conference, we helped them capture and showcase the true voice of their customers.
The Challenge: To inspire franchise partners and build momentum for their five-year growth strategy, Schnitz needed a compelling way to present customer feedback at their Gold Coast conference. They required a solution that moved beyond standard data presentations and delivered a genuine, emotional connection with the audience.
The Solution: We managed the complete on-site production for a live Schnitz focus group. Our team set up the equipment, welcomed participants, and guided them through a series of interview questions. We absolutely loved hearing firsthand what people truly value about the brand, and we captured all those honest reactions on camera. We then edited the footage to deliver a punchy, highly engaging three-minute highlight video.
